Hello mam
Sorry but being eligible and getting qualified for neet doesn't mean that one would surely get a seat in medical college. The competition level is very high and the no of seats are low there are only approximately 50000 seats for MBBS and BDS in govt as well as private sectors and the no of students are approximately 13 lakh so you can imagine with this huge no how tough the competition is now a days. A general Candidate should aim to score 550+ to get a seat in all India quota.
