hi,

Frankly 290 is less score if you want a medical college but still most probably you will clear the minimum cut off. You can go for counselling if you want. But if you want to get into a medical college, start studying now. Don't lose heart and keep calm. Start burning the midnight oil and score a good 550 above marks. It's not tough if you will really work hard. Go for it.

Hello himanshu,
Frankly to say with such a less score you cannot expect a MBBS or BDS seat through all India Quota even if you belong to the reserved categories. We'll you can still give it a try through the state quota. Still the chances for MBBS seat are less because the competition is very high. You may get them in the Deemed Universities. You can check out the college predictor for the colleges you may get according to the score you are expecting.
