No he would not be eligible for neet examination 2022 as he doesn't meets the required age limits. The minimum age requirement setup by the national testing agency says that candidate needs to age at least 17 years by the end of the year to be eligible for the examination. Hence he would become eligible for the examination in year 2024 only. In addition to this he must be an appearing candidate or must have completed the intermediate level examination.
