Sulfuric acid is a sulfur oxoacid that consists of two oxo and two hydroxy groups joined covalently to a central sulfur atom. It has a role as a catalyst. It is commonly used in various chemical reaction.

The molecular formula of SULPHURIC ACID IS H2SO4. Or, to be more clear 2 Hydrogen Atoms and 1 Sulfate Molecule (1 Sulfur Atom and 4 Oxygen Atoms). It has a Molecular Weight of 98.072 g/mol. Sulfuric acid is a colorless oily liquid.
