No you cannotclaim any such corrections or rectification now. You can only claim for 2018 answer key that too has passed as ofnow.

If any common error was found all students must have been awaeded extra marks and ranks would have been subsequently on that basis.

Hello Dear

Sorry, unfortunately you can't be able to claim the JEE or NTA for the mistake now which has happened in the year 2016 because the time limit is already over and you are too late in that. So don't expect JEE or NTA to rectify your issue or mistake regarding that.
