Yesterday was first round of upsee leet. I didn't get college .my rank is 17 GN ,13 OBC I have done BSC .. will I get college?

Bit of u have not got college in first round then it's very doubtful to get in second round as well and hence I suggest u to apply for more college which makes u eligible for that college as per ur rank
