Unacademy is very good, especially for chemistry. However, when concepts are concerned, for physics, Physics wallah is better. Personally, I've seen juniors preparing for NEET preferring him, the reason being his lucid explanation. Good luck!

If you are asking about jee preparation then both physics wallah and unAcademy jee are great, but unacademy jee has an edge over physics wallah, but again it depends upon you as what may be a good teacher for someone may not be a good teacher for you as  everyone has a different capacity to grasp concepts,  so first watch videos of both and then make a decision depending upon whose lecture did you understand in a better way.
