Correct Answer: Nil

Solution : Answer = Nil

Since the total number of shares offered was 80,000 and applications received were for 1,30,000 shares, 50,000 shares have been oversubscribed. Therefore, the number of rejected applications is nil, as all applicants were allotted shares on a pro-rata basis. No application was rejected altogether since pro-rata allotment was made to all the applicants.
