Learning english can't be done overnight. You cant tell exactly a period by which you can master this language. You get better and better with time.

Start by watching videos on basic grammar and then read english books and papers. Watch english news and movies. Talk to your friends in English. Watch debates to see how people use the language to make useful conversation. Also keep a good dictionary with you and try to learn atleast two new words a day. Also write small articles, essays and poems to improve your writing skills.

keep doing this, and I am sure with time you can master English language and speak and write fluently.
