Colleges

• Two years P.U.C Examination conducted by the P.U.C Board, Karnataka State with English and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
• OR
• Intermediate Examination in the science of an Indian University Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, which shall include a practical test in three subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.
• OR
• The first year of the three year degree course of a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology including a practical test in these subjects provided the examination is a 'University Examination.
• OR
• B.S.C Examination of an Indian University provided that he/she has passed the B.SC. examination with not less than two of the following subjects-Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botony, Zoology) and further that he/she has passed either the qualifying examination with the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• OR
• Candidates must have obtained not less than 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination. In the case of scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum marks required for admission shall be 40%.
• The candidates should have completed 17 years on or before the 31st day of December of the year of admission.

Indian Nationals category:

• Candidate should have passed the 12^th standard or equivalent exam and should have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry, and biology (taken together) from a recognized board.
• The Candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission.
• Candidates are advised to check the NEET brochure for final eligibility criteria.

Foreign nationals/ Non-Resident Indian category:

• Candidate should have passed the 12^th standard or equivalent exam and should have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry, and biology (taken together) from a recognized board.
• The Candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission.
• Should produce the following documents:
  • No Objection Certificate from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.
  • An eligibility Certificate from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
