Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.

The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).

And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.

• The candidate should have passed 45% Minimum for GEN/OBC in Graduation level in any stream.
• 40% Minimum for SC/ST at Graduation level in any stream.
• The three-year law course leading to the LL.B degree is a six-semester full-time course. On successful completion of all six semesters the LL. B degree is awarded. Semesters and examinations are conducted by Lucknow University, Faizabad. The academic performance of a candidate is evaluated by the examination conducted at the end of each semester and also by his/her performance, in the practical training subjects as per the guidelines issued by the Bar Council of India from time to time.
