Hi Basant,
For DU admission the minimum mark is 50% and above for best 4 subjects and for English atleast 65%.
By getting 64% you get a chance to compete with others. But usually the cut off comes around 90%. It depends on which course you are applying.

Unfortunately you cannot because the minimum requirement of marks according to eligibility of DUET exam is 60% and so you wont be able to sit in the exam.

You don't need to drop your precious one year. You can prepare and give DU JAT while studying BBA.
You can manage time according to your college and at home, you can prepare for exam.
