I am studying in 12th class and my 12th board exam will be held in October then how I will prepare for jee mains as it is conducted in Jan

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 21st Mar, 2019
Hello,

You will need to have a solid time management in order to cope up with both boards and jee mains exam.Jee is considered one of the toughest exams and it takes a valiant effort to crack the exam.

  • Analyse the syllabus wholly.
  • Highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them
  • Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects..
  • Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects equally.
  • Never leave the basic book, I would suggest for the very recommended NCERT  for physics and chemistry. For maths, practice from r.d Sharma or RS Agarwal.
  • After completion of every chapter, you practice the DDP and study material of any good coaching or else, practice previous years question s.
  • For physics, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
  • For chem, NCERT+RC Mukherjee(physical) , I think that would be enough .
After, completing your syllabus, probably in the month of Dec, start giving me test series of a good institute.

Remember, consistency+ hard work is all what you require to crack any exam.

Good Luck

I got 26k rank in JEE Main. Should I prepare for JEE Advanced or BITSAT? Where should I start my preparation from?

Priya 30th Apr, 2019
Hello Kshitij!

You've to ask this to yourself:
How well do you think you did at JEE Main?
1)Was it that you Know you could do way much better than this and what you got was not worth for your caliber and it was just a bad day?
2)Or do you think you did Okay?

If 1) , you must be already good with your concepts and just need to give a few mock tests before BITSAT and you'll be good to go.
You can utilize this time to prepare for Advance.

If 2) You can now focus completely on BITSAT. I'm not saying that you should completely ignore Advance, but the fact that IITs just have around 11-12k seats in total and I'm assuming you're a General category student, chances of getting into into IITs are obviously low even if you could score better than 26k rank.
So you can start giving BITSAT mocktests, solve the few different category questions that aren't in JEE Mains (English and Logical reasoning) so that you won't lose marks there.

So the choice is completely up to you.

Hope this helps :)
Best of luck!

Degree+IAS coaching best college in ap

Saumya Shori 17th May, 2022

There are numerous institutes and training academies to select from within the country. Finding the proper one, on the opposite hand, necessitates thorough research and patience. And finding the proper one, whether popular or not, that meets your needs and can assist you to pass your exams by hook or crook at the end of the day is crucial. It is, in fact, a time-consuming process, and most candidates simply don't commit enough effort to easily selecting an appropriate institute. the majority of them will simply choose the foremost popular option, only to regret it later once they are left with mere notes and no clear direction.

I went on to talk with a couple of people that had passed their examinations after learning from my mistakes and getting the proper advice. All of them pointed to an equivalent thing: selecting and pursuing a program that gives the simplest mentors with approachable personalities, classes with adequate notes, regular test series, and continual encouragement. Without a doubt, this was a difficult one. However, because many of the successful candidates had recommended a standard name, it aided me in deciding on the simplest one. The institution's name was Pragnya IAS Academy. You must study extremely hard and be very timely and according to your efforts to avoid being demotivated or losing heart. to urge there, you will need tons of effort and, of course, the proper guidance. The Pragnya IAS Academy was important in helping me achieve my objectives with greater confidence and luxury. They assisted me in developing the requisite positive attitude also as an analytical mindset that allowed me to think critically and reason appropriately, all of which are critical to passing the IAS exams in my opinion. This wasn't something I had before joining them. They also pay close attention to each one of their students to assist them to achieve their goals.

Of course, it is not as straightforward as it appears. They are, nonetheless, approachable and don't hesitate to answer your questions; they're willing to share all of their knowledge with you. And it's this that permits every applicant to think positively about their exam attempt and advance with a really clear and positive mindset - which is important for fulfillment. As a result, I will certainly suggest the Pragnya IAS Academy to anyone curious about having the simplest teaching and learning experience possible to pass the exam.

Is career launcher good for ipm preparation...is one month course worth it?? Is there anyone who joined and entered through that ..?

Kriti Tiwari 22nd Mar, 2019

Hey aspirant,

IIM INDORE is first IIMs to introduce 5 years IPM ( Integrated Programme of Management) course.

IPM plus is a 9 month preparation course designed for higher secondary students both passed and appearing.

IPM express is a short term course of a  duration of 2 to 3 months and it is ideal for students in final year of schooling and who wish to prepare for exam after 12th.

Career launcher is a Institute which is most commonly known for CAT and Management  programme. Although career launcher is a great Institute but the Institute has different branches in different cities and the facility and faculty might vary according to me.

It provides study material, regular classes with qualified faculty, etc.

In the words of Utsav Thapliyal, an IIM Indore student says, " The PDP training at Career Launcher under Mr. Manuj Mittal is truly the best and I was able to ace the interview process to get into my dream college."

There's another Institute, Smartprep, in Delhi that provides online study material and free career counseling. It also provides concession in fee and the fascinating thing is that every year student get selected in IIM from this coaching.

So according to me, you could choose between these two as per your convenience, because these two are situated in entirely different locations.

Also this course is quite difficult to be completed within a month. It's a complete 3 months (IPM express) and demands dedication and practice.

You need to smartly prepare and structure your study material, constantly testing yourself through mock test paper series, stay updated with news and general knowledge, strong vocabulary, qualitative and quantitative data practices, etc.

There are many people who have qualified and joined IIM, Indore, and it doesn't entirely depend upon the Institute you opt for but partly on your dedication and passion towards it. You have to make your decision wisely here.

Hope this answer helps, in case of any doubt, please do revert back.

All the very best !!
