Hello

National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the largest entrance exam for admission to medical, dental and AYUSH courses in the country. You need to formulate a well-planned preparation strategy to crack this national level exam.

NEET 2020 exam is expected to be conducted in the first week of May 2020.

To start your preparation for the exam, firstly you should know about the detailed syllabus and the pattern of the exam.

The exam lasts 3 hours and consists of 180 questions. The exam consists of 3 sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 45 questions are from the Physics section, 45 of Chemistry and 90 questions of Biology.

You should refer to NCERT textbooks of Class 11th and 12th. NCERT books are the best for clearing the basic concepts. You can also refer to other important books for in-depth knowledge.

Make a time table and follow it religiously and divide time for each section.

Stay away from distractions like social media, games and other distractions and focus on your preparation to get a seat in any top medical college.

How to crack gate 2020 in 4 months in Instrumentation?

Rajashree Khandelia 27th Jul, 2019
Hello Vikrant.

For an examination to be cracked you need to prepare well for it from the starting. There are many students who prepare for the same exam for the same seat. It is not possible for someone to prepare in the last moment and crack it. Even if you do, it will not provide you with the best result. No one can help you in preparing it like this. So study with your full concentration. Sit on you study table and plan a routine. Follow it thoroghly.  Study for around 1 hr and take a rest for 5mins. Drink water to freshen your mind. Listen to a music in the 5min break. Your brain needs rest for a while and then continue study. Follow your routine positively. Preplan your day.  Solve past year papers and quizes. Keep at least 1-2 months for revision. Study for 10-12hrs a day as 4 months is not sufficient for a exam like gate. Devote most of your time in studying. Revise what you study. Sleep early and wake up early. Hope for the best.

Work on a Time Table: After carefully checking the syllabus of the exam towards creating a perfect timetable which will fit your schedule while leaving enough time to prepare for the examination within the days left.

Devide & Segregate the JEE Main Syllabus: The topics from the Exam syllabus must be divided into easy, tough and very tough so that preparation of the exam is made accordingly.

Make your Basic Concepts Strong: While it is essential to study the topics mentioned in the official syllabus, it is also advised to study the basic concepts well first. By knowing the basic concepts of the units involved in the examination, you will be able to understand each topics well and in depth. This will result in a greater understanding of the topics and will make it simpler for you to study complicated concepts present in the syllabus.

Hello I am in last year of graduation should I prepare for cat or constrainta on final year

sagar tatipamula 27th Jul, 2019
Yes ofcourse you can prepare for cat this year.
But
If you are not sure that you can crack the cat this time
Then also apply for the cat this year and write the test to get an idea of how tough the paper is?
What you need to keep in mind for the preparation?
This exams will play a very important role in your preparation for the next year.
My advice is that
80% keep your concentration on the final year graduation
And remaining time you can try for cat just to know about exams and the way of preparation you need for the next year.

I am in final Graduation.i want to self preparation for CAT exam.can anyone help me what are the specified prescribe material that i need.

vikashkr894_9303636 Student Expert 27th Jul, 2019

Here are some important materials for aptitude.

  1. QUANTAM CAT-Sarvesh verma
  2. QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE-Arun sharma
  3. Past year question papers of CAT.
  4. SIMCATs,AIMCATs.

There is nothing that could substitute hard work and aptitude is all about hard work. Start with some basic questions and the topics you are familiar with. Nothing is tough, your perspective makes it tough. In aptitude, the books I have mentioned are very good. Start preparing by them and I am quite sure that you would find very changes in coming months.
