Hlw srr ..I am in 12th ..how will i proceed my preparation for NEET 2019

ruchika.chauhan Expert 20th Nov, 2018

Hello

To start your preparation for the NEET exam, firstly, you should check the detailed syllabus and the exam pattern.
Formulate a study plan for your preparation and make a time table. You will have to manage your time for class 12th boards and NEET exam. NEET preparation is also based on the syllabus of NCERT textbooks only.
Your basic concepts of class 11 and 12 should be clear. Rote learning is not necessary, understanding of concepts is essential to clear the exam.
Apart from NCERT, you can also refer to other important books for in depth knowledge.
You can make short study notes and use it at the time of revision. Revision is also very important. After completing any topic/unit, you must revise it thoroughly.
Practice previous year question paper and mock tests.

See, Im PCBM student and have an aim to crack NEET but Ive a keen interest on mathematics too, so where should i go?

Heena Gagwani 30th Dec, 2018

Along with biology and mathematics it's also about career in medical or engineering.

Where do you have your interest?

In medical courses like MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) , BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) ,BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery),etc.  etc or in engineering courses like computer science engineering or civil engineering, etc.

For example after doing BDS a student is qualified as Dentist. Everybody knows what doctors do which needs a lot of practice. So do you have interest in it ? If yes you can go for any medical course you would like to work in. .

If not then you can choose other options. Engineering in computer science is more of building application, programming, knowing technologies to improvise computers, etc.

There are other branches too which have different purposes.

See where your interest lies because both of them have scope and both of them are completely different from each other.

Choose one of them and prepare for the respective entrance exam.

I have to do mba from finance field. I have to give the exam of cat nd then get a college,How should I prepare??

Rohit Roy 19th Nov, 2018
Hi Aspirant,
Firstly, prepare well for Quantitative Aptitude,Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation and English.
The books of Arun Sharma and Norman Lewis for English will be sufficient.
Next, read newspapers daily and magazines for developing that reading habit.
Also, following the economic times might prove to be very helpful in the GD/WAT section.
Also, since you're interested in finance, sound knowledge of the technical terms related to it might give you an extra edge in the interview.
Hope this helps.

I am a student of cse branch if I prepare for gate then my programming is affected but I really want to crack gate with good rank

manisha.gupta 19th Nov, 2018

To start preparation from the first or second year Graduation will help you focus on the basic concepts & In first two years of engineering you are new to subjects and you need time to cope up with the concepts. Coming to third year you will be familiar with the engineering concepts and it will be easy for you to understand new concepts.

Here are some preparation tips for GATE preparation you can prefer.

Understand syllabus properly: You must be aware about the GATE syllabus, released by the organizing IIT. You must go through the section-wise and topic-wise syllabus of your chosen branch in order to know what all you have to study and what to avoid.

Solve previous year papers: Solving previous years papers is of utmost importance if you want to excel in the exam.

Weightage of Topics: it is advisable and important to study the complete GATE Syllabus, however, you can do a small exercise to gauge which sections, topics are much more important in terms of weightage given in GATE.

Resources other than books: It is good to look up topper and expert tips in this regard as they do mention the books or material they have referred to. Many GATE toppers run their own Facebook pages or blogs where they dispense advice and tips to wannabe GATE aspirants.

Remember the following points:

Divide the Topics broadly into Strong, Weak and to be read properly.

Next schedule your preparation such that you revise the easy ones along with the tough ones and the “never read before” ones. This will ensure you have a clear view of what is to be studied and how you are going to do it.

While many advise to check the weightage and study accordingly, it is really not the correct way to go.

Check the weightage by all means and understand the important topics but don’t neglect to study.

Make Short Notes while you study as this is will be helpful during revision.

Write down Formulae that you find difficult to remember so that they are handy for revision.

Keep the solved problems separately indexed so that you can refresh and revise later when required.

Analyse your preparation at every step.

You can go through with the given below link to check the preparation books for GATE.

Dear Kritika

Kritika I don't think so that it matters a lot because both are same if you look at it's Deeper way infact I consider the schooling better because with having the proper schedule and time table you can accordingly make your board and IIT JEE preparation strategies. So basically try to concentrate on your preparation and planning inorder to crack the IIT-JEE.

I am in 11 class now how do I preparation neet

Mayank Kukreti 17th Nov, 2018
Hii Ashis
To secure good marks in NEET exam, your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as major portion comes from it only so go through your NCERT textbook thoroughly and after that you can refer any one reference book for every subject like for physics you can opt universal,MTG publication, allen module, for biology you can opt trueman of biology,MTG,for chemistry you can opt dinesh objective, allen module, mtg publication.don't opt too many books as it will only confuse you,opt any one book and solve it multiple times.Try to solve multiple sample papers as it will increase your speed of solving questions.i hope this information helps you.
thank you
