The main thing is that you have to build your concentration level, then only you can stay focused on your goal. I would like to say that please limit the study time between 10 to 12 hours and please increase your concentration and speed of reading, understanding and solving the problems then you will not face any kind of difficulty.For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. i would like to suggest you that you dont need to study for hours for neet , it just whatever you study study it with full of concentration which will help you for not only in neet or can help you through out your life.

Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std. You should read the NCERT books for basics. Then HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge.
English is also a mendatory section. Questions will also come from English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning also. So, for these subjects you should read BITSAT English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning by Disha Experts.

You should definitely take the improvement test, even if you have passed the previous one; there is no need to take all topics. Just show up for Mathematics because it will help you go forward in future possibilities and because earning a failing grade on your report card is not in your best interests. In order to be eligible for NEET preparation, you must have at least a 50 percent aggregate score in PCB in 12th. So if you score much more than this, there is no need to reappesr for PCB in the improvement test. It is just necessary to understand basic mathematics.
