What to do after BTech in mechanical when not getting job?

Ankit Banerjee 27th Jun, 2019

Hello Ishant,My advice for you to first identify what you need the most now,if it is a job then start to applying for jobs in various mechanical companies like Tata,Pinnacle and many other. If you are not selected don't be depressed try to find out the mistakes that you are making,it can be your CV or it can be your personality, try to understand and mould yourself according to your requirement.

Now,if you are determined for higher studies, then create a proper routine, follow according to that,to crack GATE and UPSC you need to practice a lot a lot,so be determined and try to execute daily plans, set goals and achieve it daily.

Now higher studies,M tech in mechanical in good option provided from where you are doing,if it is IIT or NIT then go for it,else it has no such help in getting jobs, moreover it creates some difficulty in getting jobs.

You can apply for Govt jobs also they are available,if you want then only.

First try to understand and idenrify your interest or need, then plan accordingly.

Hope this helped

All the best, have the coincidence in you!!

Can you pls Give me tips and study routine for preparation of jee. (Btw Im from 11th)

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 26th Jun, 2019
Hello,

Jee is considered one of the toughest exams of India.

Just start with the syllabus
1. Analyse the syllabus wholly.
2. Highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them

3. Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects.

4. If you are in 11th, everything would seem to be very new to you. So start with a basic book, I would suggest for the very recommended NCERT  for physics and chemistry.
For maths, practice from r.d Sharma or RS Agarwal.

5. After completion of every chapter, you practice the DDP and study material of any good coaching or else, practice previous years question s.

For phy, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chem, ncert +RC Mukherje(physical) , I think that would be enough .

After, completing your syllabus, probably in the month of Dec, start giving me test series of a good institute.

Remember, consistency+ hard work is all what you require to crack any exam.

I hope this helps.

Which is best institute for the preparation of JEE Among Aakash institute or Allen institute for dropper batch.

Vishal Tiwari Student Expert 26th Jun, 2019

Dear Aspirant

One thing I would like to tell you that there are not much difference between study materials of these colleges nor between the teachers because they keep changing institute and there are lots of transfers and you can experience it when you will take admission. But i would like to let you know that for engineering preparation purpose most of the student chooses Allen institute over Akash institute, while Aakash institute is considered good for medical preparation.it also depend on which center you are taking admissions, some center of aakash is good while some center of Allen is good. But if you want to take my opinion I will suggest you Allen institute.

Good luck for your future :)

Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

could anyone suggest me a good time table for jee preparation as I am a dropper ..I am really in need of it????

ANPAM KUMAR Student Expert 26th Jun, 2019

Hey there

You should prepare routine by yourself as no one knows your potential and dedication better than you. This line seems to be very typical but it's truth actually. But I am advising you to make a routine which will not be like at 7 am you have to study a particular subject which I think does not work. Be practical and keep one thing in mind that whatever target you set for a day you need to complete it anyhow on that day. If you pass your work for the next day it becomes a behaviour and you will never complete it or if done in a short period then that will not be clear concept.

Good luck

In choice filling , can I opt for both GQ and MQ or it will be one of them only? I registered for Gujarat state.

Dear Student,

I assume that you have the first time NEET Counselling and choice filling and therefore some confusion may arise just as in your case but not to worry, the information mentioned below will clear your confusion about choice filling.

  • First and foremost, when filling a choice, you have to understand that you are filling the options in which you want admission and the criteria of your NEET Marks/Score as well as Category rank and ALL INDIA RANK with other information matches that criteria then you will get that particular college.
  • Second, when you fill only one college, the situation may arise that you may not be alloted a college altogether and to practice this procedure mock rounds are held by MCC to help all candidates and aspirants.
  • Third, when filling more than one college, you should consider the distance or the location of the college from your current residence, your financial condition for either GQ (Government Quota) or MQ (Management Quota) or both, your convenience as well as the facilities in the college and the placements, the grade of education, the ranking of the college and all the information you can gather about the college before filling the choice and also family support in the field as well as the college as well and many more thing you should consider before filing a choice for the college.
  • Fourth, as mentioned above that you can apply for both as per your question is concerned that you can apply for both GQ (Government Quota) and MQ (Management Quota) quota colleges and there is also a convenient option provided on the website of MCC and the format is easy to understand but if you fall short to understand or get confused again then we are more than happy to help.
  • Fifth, there is no limit for the choice to be filled in other words you can fill all choices but you should consider the topics mentioned above as well as the cutoffs of that specific college and fees for your seat and college in which and for which you are applying.
  • Sixth, if done properly then congratulations future doctor and we look forward to your success in your career but if not and any complications occur than not to worry because you just need to ask and it will be solved as this query just got solved.
  • My final recommendation is that you keep all the things mentioned above in your mind and fill those colleges in which you can get admission and in which you want information otherwise it is just not worth it and also keep in mind that for which course you are applying, for example, MBBS and BDS are considered in the same counseling and other courses have different timings and dates and thus be aware and be conscious and do not worry if you fill something wrong because the edit choices option is also available for that but I consider that it does not come to that and you fill the choices rationally.
  • Also you belong to Gujarat as mentioned in the query and you should know about all the procedures as well to confirm your seat after that and more and if you have any confusion, doubt, question, query or problem about NEET, AIMMS, JIPMER, Admission and Verification process, Choice Filling, Counselling, Doctors, Hospitals and more; you just need to ask a question as a separate query.

I Consider your query has satisfactorily met with its conclusion.

ALL THE BEST!!

Should I start preparation for NEET 2020. Becoz l have attempted neet 2 times 1st in 2018 and attempt in 2019.

Muskan Shukla 26th Jun, 2019

Hi Candidate! Yes you have to start your preparation for the next attempt if you want to and if you feel that you can do much better than previous years. As now in neet there are no limitations on how many times one can attempt the paper. And if this year you got marks through which you can able to get a seat in any good college then go for that.

Feel free to ask any query.

Thanks.

Sir i am an agriculture graduate i want to prepare for cat and want admission at fms delhi sir please help in starting preparation

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 8th Aug, 2019
Dear Amit, CAT is an online examination of 3 hours duration. The questions in the exam will be of MCQ and TITA type totaling 100 questions. MCQ are multiple choice questions, for which candidates get multiple answer choices. Whereas,TITA is Type In the Answer which means you need to write the answer in the text box that is provided. The Verbal Ability section and Data interpretation-Logical Reasoning section have 24 MCQ questions each. Quantitative Ability has 25 MCQ questions totalling up to 75 questions. The Type in the Answer questions are 25 in number.

Each Question has 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark. However Type in the Answer questions are exempted from Negative Marking.

First things first, know the syllabus. And go through the previous papers to analyse and prepare a comprehensive plan and set priorities according to the importance of different topics across sections.

Customise your own study plan based on your strengths and weaknesses. Gauge your preparation from time to time by taking mock tests. Solve questions to check your levels of preparation but not to set any targets. Remember, its ok to have cheat days and relax. But make sure you have a plan and stick to it for the next few months because even Rome wasnt built in a day.
