Eligibility
Dear Applicant,
I hope you are doing well, for this process you just have to sumbit a domicile of your own state from where you belongs too.
Your document of state domicile must be signatured by a proper SDO of the following state and it must be having proper stamp which can prove your elegibility. So you can add anything I guess even marksheets ration card works well as long as it has valid proof that you are from Ap.
Hope this helps
State of Eligibility means the state from which you have passed 12th examination. State is mentioned in 12th marksheet. Also you can use aadhar or voter card or any government ID card as your state code of eligibility proof.
But make sure the state mentioned in your government ID card matches with the state mentioned in your 12th marksheet.
So you can use 12th marksheet or government ID card as state code of eligibility proof.
All the best.

230 marks with OBC reservation cannot get you a Government Quota seat in a Private Medical College. You might get a seat under Management Quota but a seat under Government Quota is not possible. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
