Hi Rajeev,
Since you are already an executive at Wipro Technologies Pvt. Ltd in the domain of digital marketing, I do firmly believe that you already possess the necessary skills associated with working in this domain of work. There should also be a provision of training methodologies for the employees at Wipro in respective domains of work. However, if you want to get an edge above others which I believe is your motto, then I would suggest you go for certified online courses associated with Digital Marketing from reputed online education handles.
You can even consult with your colleagues or seniors for guidance and help and they would most likely do so if your office environment is conducive to growth and development.
BEST WISHES FOR YOUR BRIGHT CAREER AHEAD!

If you have previous work experience of at least 6 months to 1 year, then when you pursue PGDM( Executive) program and sit for the respective placements, your previous salary and experience will definitely be taken into account by the employer and would thus give you an edge above the others during the placements.
