Hello aspirant .

As your score in Jee mains examination is 61.21 percentile and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

Hi Aspirant,
The average package which you'll get after executive mba from a top college will be around 18-20lpa.
Considering that you have already got a package of 16lpa, the return's not welcoming at all.
However,if you genuinely want to do it,you should definitely go for it.

Eligibility Criteria for applying to an Executive MBA program are:

A valid card of GMAT/CAT.

Sound knowledge of English.

At least 3-5 years of professional experience.

Should be at managerial level while applying.

A university degree in any stream or equivalent qualification.

Executive MBA is a Master of Business Administration that specifically targets corporate executives and managers. Since they already come with industry experience of 10-15 years the programme is usually for 1 year, regular or part time.

A regular MBA is a a PG programme which is open to fresh graduates
