You are already a MBBS doctor and you should know better that depression can only hurt your preparation and that will not help you in the future. It will also disturb your daily life and practise as a doctor. So you should forget what already happened in NEET PG 2020. Now your goal is for a seat in NEET PG 2021. Because there is 1 year left, you should take a break from studies atleast for a month and make a notes of how you studied for NEET PG 2020 and your goals for 2021. Then write down your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This is called SWOT Analysis. Once you write these points, you will know how to improve on your weaknesses and threats while still holding on to your strong points. From there on, it becomes easy because you will have a clear picture. Cate preperation is the highest level for the preperation of aptitife. So for a company's interview purpose, to clear the first round of aptitude, cat exam preperation is more than enough

In answer to your next question, the certificate and the score will be useful, but again depends on which interview you are attending to. If you are attending for a software interview, they can take it, but not a major one. It would just be a mere added incentive
