Hi aspirant...
No doubt, if you are good in your English and if you are confident about it then you can obviously go for it.
Confidence in your subject:
It is not easier to be a good teacher for CAT. A lot of experience and practice is required to become a good teacher. So if you want to become a good teacher you have to be a cat aspirant and should know the tactics how the questions are framed every year and how the pattern is for the CAT exam .
Understand the needs for the students:
As a faculty you must understand the needs of the students. You must have a good communication skills and have a good rapport with the students.
I was a CAT aspirant and had taken coaching for it. So as students there will be lot many doubts and the teacher should be able to answer all the doubts. You must be aware of all the vocabulary and the grammar should.be perfect. This would help the students to clear their doubts instantaneously.
Mostly to work in Institutes like TIME there will be panel members and where you have to teach them. You are also supposed to teach the students too. It is only the students decide whether they are willing to learn from you or not.
It is necessary to understand the challenges and the difficulties to train the students in competitive exams. But still everything is possible as times goes and with experience. Nobody is born prodigy. There are many online classes available too to train the students. So it is the best time to start tour career and ads values to it
All the best...
hello,
lesson wise grammar revision is a very good decision. Yes in many cases it is enough. However if you have extra syllabus, you can look up exercises or examples Google to practice more. It always helps to be on the safer side as sometimes grammar outside of lessons is also asked.
Good luck!!
