Dear Sachin, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible for JEE Mains, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects. There is no minimum aggregate rule. However, to be eligible for IITs, NITs and GFTIs, you need to secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12 or you should have been in the top 20 percentile of your class. It is 75% for General Category and 65% for SC/ST Categories. So with 48.4.5 you are eligible for JEE Mains but cannot take admission to NITs, IITs, and GFTIs. For this you may have to appear for improvement exams. For more information, please visit our page at: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-eligibility-criteria

Hello,
For any competitive exams, the best newspaper remains The Hindu, and the same holds true in case of CAT Exam as well, you gain a deeper perspective related to multitude things happening all around, the reason being some of the prolific writers contributing to articles and all. Also, reading Hindu in itself helps a lot in enriching vocabulary of English Language as well because at first it does seem a daunting task to just understand those editorials pieces written by these great writers. But, being regular helps a lot. You can also refer to The Indian Express. And for financial and business news, you can go through The Economic Times or Business Standard.
Dear Kamya, now CLAT is for Candidates after their 12th and so the exam tests your basic Legal aptitude. Now there are approximately 80 articles that are important. But for CLAT, you might not need to learn all of them because you are taking an entrance exam to study the legal aspects of the Indian Constitution. This section tests your Legal reasoning skills and not Legal knowledge skills. So try reading articles 12-18. This will give you a general idea. And you need to remember few points while attempting the Legal Aptitude section. Remember that this is a tie breaking section and so apply legal reasoning and not moral considerations. Choose the closest correct answer. Read the news paper daily and practise as many sample papers as possible to have a grip over this section.
Hello Alekhya.
To be honest I think you will be well aware of the fact that time tables are very tough to follow . Better than this you can solve two practice papers daily one in the morning band one in the evening and try to revise those concepts which you find tricky in practice paper. Moreover you can join test serieses also it will help you very much.
