Theory of Computation: "Introduction to Automata Theory, Languages, and Computation" by Hopcroft and Ullman.
For GATE DA:
Probability and Statistics: "A First Course in Probability" by Sheldon Ross.
Linear Algebra: "Introduction to Linear Algebra" by Gilbert Strang.

Definitely yes you can. MHT CET is easier than JEE Mains. It includes full weightage questions from the Maharashtra State Board syllabus while JEE is NCERT focused.
Practice questions which are MHT CET specific and PYQs are a must.
But it is my suggestion:- If you prepare for JEE and practice JEE Mains PYQs, MHT CET will feel even easier as you are preparing for a tougher exam
For NEET preparation after Class 12, start with NCERT Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as they form the exam's foundation. For Biology, refer to Trueman's Biology and MTG Objective NCERT at Your Fingertips. For Chemistry, use Modern's ABC Chemistry, OP Tandon, and MS Chouhan for Organic Chemistry. For Physics, Concepts of Physics by HC Verma, DC Pandey, and Errorless Physics are helpful. Solve previous years' question papers, take mock tests, and use NTA's official NEET sample papers. Consistent practice, concept clarity, and regular revision will boost your chances of success in NEET.

Sure,
You can take help of these books which will guide you for 11th class as well as neet.
Mathematics - RD SHARMA
Physics - Physics for Neet by DC Pandey , S.L Arora

Greetings from Careers360,
Ideally one needs to start preparation for NEET Examination from class 11 itself. Preparing early to this may cause difficulty in coping with the current curriculum and examinations. Only 2 years of determined hard work and dedication i.e Class 11 and 12, is enough for cracking the top medical colleges like even AIIMS.
(NON SPONSORED) Physics Wallah provides comprehensive syllabus completion, extensive mock tests , a right strategy and mentorship with affordability that makes a student exam ready otherwise if you can spend a little more i would suggest to join a PW Vidyapeeth or Allen coaching offline in Kota itself to get best of the best preparation and exam readiness.
First thoroughly complete the NCERT books of Biology and Chemistry along with your teachers's notes of both class 11 and 12. For physics only refer to teacher's notes and avoid the NCERT. After completing the syllabus, repeated revisions followed by mock tests and evaluation is essential. U should start giving mock tests after 3 months of starting preparation and it's a very important step and majority fail here.
Hope it helps!
