The GATE 2026 Agricultural Engineering (AG) paper will have a total of 100 marks. Out of this, 15 marks are for General Aptitude and 85 marks are for core Agricultural Engineering subjects.

The marks are generally distributed among major topics like Engineering Mathematics (12–13 marks), Farm Machinery (10–11), Farm Power (14–15), Soil & Water Conservation (12–13), Irrigation & Drainage (10–12), Agricultural Process Engineering (10–12), and Dairy & Food Engineering (9–10 marks).

The official qualifying marks for GATE 2026 are not yet released. However, based on previous years, the cutoff for the Agricultural Engineering paper is expected to be around 25 marks for General, 22.5 for OBC/EWS, and 16.6 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

COMEDK is an undergraduate entrance test conducted online. The duration is 3 hours. It will be having 180 MCQs; 60 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

There will be no negative marking.

Syllabus is based on CBSE class 11 and class 12.

More weightage of syllabus will be of class 12, around 67% as per past trends.

Although i believe your attempting strategy and sequence depends entirely on your stage of preparation and your personal progress, i would suggest you sit for your January attempt even if you aim to seriously prepare for April.

Whatever stage of syllabus completion you are at, i suggest you give it a try to get an estimate of the exam difficulty and see roughly where you stand among the applicants that year. No matter how many mock tests you attempt, the actual examination environment happens to be very different from mock tests. The first attempt is going to give you an idea of the exam environment so you can prepare for your April attempt better.

The JEE MAINS syllabus is decided by NTA, and is not something which changed yearly or regularly. The concepts of grade 11 and 12 from the PCM section compromise the syllabus of JEE MAINS. This remains constant across all other engineering exams in equivalence. HENCE, For 2027 the JEE MAINS syllabus remains the same as JEE MAINS - 2026 until a notice consisting the same is released.

The JET 2026 exam for JAIN MCA admission is a 150-minute online, computer based test with 120 objective-type questions across physics, chemistry, Mathematics, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English covering higher secondary level topics, with one marks for each correct answer and no negetive marking.
