I dont have marks and marksheet 11 class I passed in 2018 and that time class 10-12 important in neet form phase 2 asking for 11 class what should I do now? I dont have it will create problem!!

It is very important to have your marksheet for all years of your school. Be it any exams NEET or any other.

You do not need to submit the 11th class marksheet , you are required to just enter the marks obtained in 11th class. If you do not have marks with you, you can contact the school authorities and ask for their help. They will surely guide you. You

If you have not joined  any course then you are a dropper and Droppers need to choose code 2 .

This because,

code 2 is for all those who have have already passed their 10+2  with physics, chemistry, biology and English

Yes,you are eligible for NEET 2021 as you had two subjects Physics and Chemistry in your boards.So you are definitely eligible to appear in NEET 2021.
