If you sit for the engineering counselling and if you go for the verification of documents, then if they ask for the Aadhar Card as an Identity then they can ask you about this. You can say about your problem (the mistake in aadhar card) and its expected that you will not have to face any serious issues. Surname is the last name. As per the details asked in the IBPS application you have filled the correct details. But you have filled your first name in the space specified for last name. So your first name will be followed by surname name on the admit card. You do not have to worry about it even if your surname name and first name is interchanged in the certificates. As long as there is no name change or spelling change you will be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.

Well, in that case you should apply for it again online. You'll get it soon. Or you can go to your nearby places where correction of such documents such as adhar card takes place.

Maybe there is a delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic situations. Or lockdown issues mau have affected this. I'd suggest you to apply for it online once.

You can obviously apply for the admission process and document varification process for Mht-cet .

In document varification process, some sort of identity proof is required. In that case you can display your voter card or even pan card during the varification process if you still do not get your corrected adhar card. But if they ask for it, inform them about this and convince them, it won't be that hard of you have other identification proof.

Since you have updated your aadhar card, then it will be available in DigiLocker. You can download the new updated aadhar card from DigiLocker website or app . As per IT Act of India , the DigiLocker documents are valid across all exams and institute. You with DigiLocker aadhar card you can very well take part in MH-CET Councelling. Also you can also download and take print of your updated aadhar from UIDAI's official website. This could also be used as document in MH-CET Councelling.

You can change your addhar card name by going on addhar center and giving your academic marks card as proof of documents. It get changed almost in week if it's get changed you can download your addhar card online and take.

As your academic marks card have the same name, it's not different so it not should much problem and you can tell your counseling authority that you have applied for change in name of addhar card and you can show receiving which you may get after you apply for change. Make sure other data match with your academic cards like dob, father's name if it's there etc.

You can also use other identity proof like Pan card,voter ID or passport, driving licence instead of addhar card. As that only works as identity card of you.

You need not to worry much about it. There is quite common solution for it, you need to carry a self attested affidavit claiming both the persons in Aadhar Card and academic marksheet are same and it should be supported by relevant documents. Also make sure to caring your parents document for verification as it will make your case much easier for verification officer to verify.

However the final decision will be done by the officer and dead would be final though it works in more than 90% of the cases but I cannot assure you for the same.
