You can pursue a B. SC in Aerospace or related fields in a government college without appearing for JEE or CUET by applying to state University or government aided institutions that offer admissions based on Class 12 marks or conduct their own entrance exams .

So, go through the college website carefully and you may consider asking any existing student who can tell you about the previous year cutoffs. However, you might have a chance in Slab 2 or Slab 3, depending on how the cut off moves this year.
