If you have stayed in the hostel provided by the college then you need to clear all the dues such as tuition fee, hostel fee, mess fee, miscellaneous fee before discontinuing the study regardless of the reason for leaving the college. Without clearing the dues you may not get leaving certificate and your original certificates back from the college in which you have submitted at the time of admission.
