Yes, there is a payment compensation policy if you want to discontinue your entrance to Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) or a college affiliated with AKTU. The fee will be paid back as per the AICTE procedures.

It relies on the time at which you are applying for cancellation of admission.

If you are applying before the opening of the session you will be given back the program fee after the deduction of INR 1000.

If you are applying after the beginning of the session but before the last date of reception then you will be paid the tuition fees after a reduction of a specific amount as per the regulations.

If you are applying after the last date of reception then you will be paid the security fees only.

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that when you filled the counselling form of any entrance exam and complete the form with the payment they always revert you on email for confirming and also mention the counselling number . So if you are not able to find it on your email then check the mail once or write a mail to the concerned authorities ,they will revert you back shortly and inform you about your counselling number

After you participate in aktu counselling and if you get a seat then in order to confirm your seat you are required to pay seat acceptance fee and the fee you pay as seat acceptance is added in you final fee which you pay to your college for admission like the total admission fee for your college will be the amount you have to pay after deducting the seat acceptance fee amount and you should note that this payment is necessary otherwise you will be debarred from counselling process

Yes, you will be not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds if you haven't paid seat acceptance fee and haven't given the willingness for the seat allotment in the first round. Your seat will gets cancelled if you do not provide the willingness (Freeze or Float) and haven't paid the seat acceptance fee. Candidates who haven't paid the seat acceptance fee are not eligible to participate in upcoming rounds.

Dear Student,

Yes your counselling fees will be returned in case no seat is allotted to you or you withdraw from the counselling before freezing the seat allotted to you.

The fee is automatically refunded after the 5th round of counselling.

The authorities have announced the UPSEE BTech counselling schedule from round 2 onwards which was earlier postponed. Candidates will be able to register and pay fee for UPCET BTech counselling round 2 from October 21 to 23. The registration will start from tomorrow. The UPCET BTech round 1 seat allotment was released on October 8. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) released the UPSEE 2021 counselling schedule on its official website.

If a candidate does not choose any of the options (Freeze or Float) during the specified period, he/she will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from ALL the remaining rounds of counselling. The seat allotted to such candidates will be cancelled and shall be treated vacant. The registration fee of such candidates shall be refunded online in the same account (as provided by the candidate).
