For general category students, the cut-off scores often go above 660–680, while for reserved categories, it may be slightly lower.SC/ST categories might get in with scores around 500–560, for OBC may need at least 600+
So, if your NEET score is somewhere above 500, and you belong to a reserved category, there’s a fair chance for AIIMS Raebareli, Kalyani, Gorakhpur, and other new ones.

No, the AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam is generally based upon the Class 11 and 12 NCERT syllabus so if the topic has been officially deleted from the most recent NCERT textbooks it is likely exam acceptable. That being said, it is still advisable to look at the official syllabus for the exam each session as some questions will reference previous versions or foundational ideas.
