Hello aspirant,
Calculating your aggregate PCM(Physics, chemistry and Mathematics) score in class 12th, you have got 44.67% in class 12th, which is below the required eligibility criteria for admission into various architecture colleges. So, Inspite of scoring good marks in NATA, you cannot take admission in Architecture colleges.
As per Council of Architecture regulations, a candidate applying to any school / colleges of architecture in India should have 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 40% score in NATA, i.e. at least 70/200.
Further, to know more about the NATA eligibility criteria, admissions, syllabus, etc - you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/nata
I hope that this will help.
Hello Aadhyan,
CLAT and AILET are two separate exams, which had followed an almost similar pattern until revisions that were done to the CLAT examination in 2020. After 2020, the two exams started following different patterns, but the subject topics remained the same. While CLAT follows a passage-based pattern, which heavily focuses on the reading comprehension abilities of the students, AILET still follows its old pattern. AILET has 5 sections, namely, English, GK, Legal Aptitude, Logical reasoning, and Maths. Each section contains 35 questions, except for Maths, which only contains 10 questions, taking the total amount to 150. These questions are not passage-based, however, certain questions in the English section may be passage-based. It is quite identical to the old pattern of CLAT (before the 2020 revisions).
Hope this helps!
Thanks
hello aspirant,
To get admission in any Best College in Architecture Course (B.arch) after 12th, Candidates must appear for NATA TEST (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) . Those students who passed 10+2 from the Arts stream may use it for admission to an Architecture institute.
Furthermore, you must give KVPY Exam as it will benefit you in many ways. IF you clear KVPY, you will receive a scholarship from 1st year onwards of your graduation. The KVPY scholars receive Rs. 5000 monthly scholarship from 1st to 3rd year of B.Sc/ B.Stat/ B.S./ B.Math/ Integrated M.S./M.Sc and an annual contingency grant of Rs.20,000 . After three years the scholarship is enhanced to Rs.7,000 per month during M.Sc/ 4th & 5th year of Integrated M.S./ M.Sc and an annual contingency grant of Rs. 28,000 .

Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Your rank is far higher than the cutoff to get a seat at Andhra University if we look at the cutoff trends of the last few years . A rank of at least 7950 or lower is required to be admitted to Andhra University. So the likelihood is quite low. Although it is a respectable rating, I advise you to apply to several other reputable universities.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck

Mathematics is mandatory for Architecture, though it vary from college to college.

Hi,
B.Arch is better than the Diploma because it is a five year full time degree course. After completing diploma you will probably get job of a draftsmen in any architectural firm but after B. Arch you get the post of a junior architect and are also favourable for promotions with time and experience. So as you see you have better career opportunities. Also, for pursuing masters an undergraduate degree is a must. And most importantly, for practising as an Architect in India, you need a licence from the Council of Architecture which is possible only if you pursue B. Arch from a COA recognized college.
Of-course, B.Arch is better. It’s a degree after all. Diploma comes with lower pay, lesser opportunities, lesser knowledge. One can’t really compare a diploma with a degree.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
