Automation and Robotics
Hello,
Hope you're doing well.
NSUT and IIT Delhi are two of the most renowned and prestigious institutions for technology in our country. Hoowever, power and Automation, and, computer sciences are somewhat different. However, more job opportunities are seen in computer science fields with new upcoming trends in technology field. Some of the differences between these two institutions and courses :

Dear Aspirant,
Yes technically you could study AI in some colleges, but that would be a tough process to enter there. Because for that you have to show what expertise you already have in the field of AI and ML.
For the robotics and automation, you can go for the MS as this will be related to your field. Therefore this would be a good option for you.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Difficulty level of a course depends on your perspective and interest pool only. But, since, you asked if it is difficult or large I must tell you any specialization course does imply more stressful years as compared to any other course. Also, the addition of specialization makes its a little lengthier course as compared to the general courses but as you may know specialization has its own benefits. However, the placement structure is unparalleled at IIT Delhi so in the end all the things will be worth it.
I hope it helps.
Hello aspirant! Based on NIRF rankings, IIT Delhi is ranked second and is far better and world-widely known when compared with Netaji Subhash University, which is ranked 76. Getting a seat in IIT Delhi is a great opportunity that it's not that pleasant to reject it. IIT Delhi offers highly efficient research and work labs for academic purposes. The faculties are highly experienced in their respective fields, and are one of top professors of the nation. NSUT also provides good facility and is a renowned university in Delhi, but IIT Delhi weighs more.
Which course is difficult depends on an individual's perspective. A person who is interested in dealing with Machine language and software, would feel CS to be easy while a person who is interested in automated production and problem solving, would feel Electrical Engineering in Power and Automation to be easy. Syllabus-wise Electrical Engineering in Power and Automation is vast but not difficult.
Getting a more paying job not only depends on the institution but also on your overall academic performance and skills. In both sectors, a highly talented and well efficient graduate with good communication, leadership and creative thinking skills is paid enormously.
Taking placement into account, CS graduates are in high demand as of now . The annual salary for a CS student who passed out from NSUT ranges from 4 lakhs to 1.25 crores per annum (as of 2019).
For a long career , you can opt for Electrical Engineering in Power and Automation and it is one of the rarest courses in India. IIT Delhi has top placements of over 85.6% students placed in about 450 companies(over 950 offers) in 2019-2020 with an average package of 16 lakhs per annum and highest of 1 crore per annum. In 2019, graduates were placed more in core jobs when compared to software jobs.
Putting all the pieces of the puzzle together, I would consider Electrical Engineering in Power and Automation at IIT Delhi as more valuable, but the choice is yours.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
