Hello,
If you already paid the fees but didn't paid it or any baking service problem then you should wait some times. Sometimes service problem occurs. So that moment your money will be back in your account or it's go the college account. You should talk to the bank directly and your college authority also. Then you can do anything after listening their suggestions.
All the best.
Go to the bank in which you have your Andhra Bank account with your old Andhra Bank pass book. Submit your pass book there and they will give you a new passbook with your new IFSC code. Give you college the new IFSC code. You can ask the officials in the bank for the conformation whether or not the new code will work or not. As today is Saturday the bank has half day today which means banks will close by 12pm. You have time till 12pm for getting new passbook or you will have to wait till Monday.
