I want to know that if I feel the form in all 5 subject in BSEB class 12th improvement and I get less marks into subject then which marks is written in the final report card

kumardurgesh1802 28th Jan, 2025

Hello Aditya,

In the BSEB Class 12th improvement exam, if you appear for all 5 subjects and score less marks in any subject , the higher marks from your original result and the improvement exam will be considered for the final report card. This ensures that your performance does not decline due to the improvement attempt.

For example:

  • Original marks: Subject A - 60
  • Improvement marks: Subject A - 55
  • Final marks: Subject A - 60 (higher marks retained).

So, there is no risk of reducing your previous marks.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

I want to know that if I feel the form in all 5 subject in BSEB class 12th improvement and I get less marks in any subject then for those subject my marks is decreases or remain same as previous mark . I want to know bseb also consider best of two for improvement.

Anuska Bakuly 21st Jan, 2025

Hello,

If you are planning to appear for the BSEB Class 12th Improvement Exam and want to understand how your marks will be affected, it’s important to know the policy followed by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) . The BSEB Improvement Exam allows students to improve their scores in specific subjects where they wish to perform better. Under this system, BSEB follows a "Best of Two" policy .

This means that if you appear for the improvement exam and score higher marks than your original scores in any subject, your improved marks will be considered . However, if your marks in the improvement exam are lower than the original marks, then your original marks will remain unchanged . Essentially, only the higher marks from either the original or improvement exam are taken into account, and this ensures that students are not penalized if they do not perform better in the improvement exam.

For example, if you scored 70 marks in a subject initially and later scored 65 marks in the improvement exam, your original score of 70 marks would remain. However, if you scored 75 marks in the improvement exam, your new marks of 75 would be considered. This system gives students a fair chance to improve without the risk of reducing their previous scores.

The improvement option is available for all subjects, even if you have already passed them. Students can attempt to improve their marks in any subject. This approach helps students enhance their overall performance and provides an opportunity to improve their final results without any disadvantage.

In conclusion, BSEB’s Best of Two policy ensures that students can improve their marks without worrying about the possibility of their scores being negatively affected. It’s always good to check the official BSEB guidelines for any updates before proceeding.

Sir I am the student of BSEB class 12th improvement,i want to know that if I feel the form in all five subjects but I improve my marks in only 2 subject and in remeaning 3 i get less marks from the previous year then what will happen (is best of two is consider in bseb)

kumardurgesh1802 20th Jan, 2025

Hello there,

In the case of the BSEB Class 12th improvement exam , if you appear for improvement in all five subjects but improve in only two subjects while the remaining three subjects show lower marks than the previous year, here’s what will happen:

  1. Marks in Improved Subjects :

The new marks in the subjects you improved will replace the previous marks, even if they are lower. So, the lower marks in the improvement exam will be considered, not the previous year’s marks.

  2. For Subjects with Lower Marks :

For the subjects where you scored lower marks in improvement , the previous year’s marks will be retained. BSEB does not follow a "Best of Two" policy, meaning the best marks from the original and improvement exams are not considered together.

    Conclusion :

BSEB considers new marks for improved subjects , even if they are lower, and previous marks for subjects where you didn’t improve. There is no "Best of Two" system for improvement exams.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

I want to know that if any student get less marks in any one subject in BSEB class 12th improvement then the previous marks is consider like CBSE considered best of 2

kumardurgesh1802 20th Jan, 2025

Hello student,

In BSEB Class 12th improvement exams , the policy is different from CBSE's "Best of Two" system . Here's how it works:

  1. If You Get Lower Marks in Improvement :

    • If you improve in a subject and score lower marks than the previous year, the new marks (lower marks) will replace the old marks. There is no concept of Best of Two for BSEB improvement exams.

  2. No Best of Two :

    • In BSEB, if you appear for improvement exams and score lower in any subject, that lower mark will be considered. The previous marks will not be retained for the subject where you performed worse.

      Conclusion:

For BSEB, if you get less marks in any subject in the improvement exam, the lower marks will be considered , not the previous year's marks. There is no "Best of Two" system like in CBSE.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

kumardurgesh1802 13th Jan, 2025

Hello Devesh,

Most colleges, including local ones like NK College Patna, are required to issue Transfer Certificates (TC), Migration Certificates, and Character Certificates when a student completes their course, especially when transferring to another institution.

If you're worried about not getting these documents, here’s what you can do:

  1. Visit the College Administration Office : Inquire about the process and confirm that you will be issued the required documents (TC, Migration, Character Certificate).

  2. Ask for Confirmation : Request a written confirmation or receipt indicating that these documents will be provided after you complete your formalities.

  3. Follow Up : If they give any delays, keep following up to ensure the process goes smoothly.

  4. Alternative Options : If the college refuses or delays the issuance of these documents, you may escalate the issue to the Bihar Board or the relevant educational authority in the state.

Be proactive, and you should be able to obtain all necessary documents for your further studies.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

i want to know that if I score less marks in class 12th BSEB improvement exam then what will happen

gitika yadav 2nd Jan, 2025

Hi Aditya,

If you score fewer marks in your Class 12th BSEB (Bihar School Examination Board) improvement exam than in your original exams, it will be considered as your final result for the subject(s) you improved. The new score will replace your previous score for the respective subjects.

This means that if your improvement exam score is lower than the original score, it will still be used in your overall mark sheet and for calculating your percentage, and it could potentially affect your eligibility for further studies or admissions. Some universities or colleges may have specific policies regarding improvement exams, so it’s important to check the admission criteria of the institutions you are applying to.

In general, the improvement exam is meant to provide a second chance to improve your score, so it's important to weigh the potential risks and benefits carefully. If you are unsure about your preparation for the improvement exams, consider consulting with a teacher or academic advisor for guidance.

All the best!
