In my views I would say that it is not possible for you to appear in NEET examianriin if you donot have biology in your class 11th.
Since the medical line is purely based on biology so biology subject is very important to have in class 12th.

Yes you can study pharmacy. Go for it. PCM / PCMB / PCB students..all are eligible for it. In 1st sem of Pharmacy the non-biology students study maths & non-maths student had to study biology.
