Biology
Hello,
To be eligible for the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET) , candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Since you are currently a PCM student planning to take the Biology exam in June, with results expected in August, you would not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of PPMET registration in May.
Therefore, you would not be able to register for the PPMET exam in May without having completed Biology as part of your 10+2 qualifications.
Hope it helps !

Yes, as a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student, you are eligible to pursue a B.Sc. in Marine Biology in India . Most universities offering this course require candidates to have studied Biology in 12th grade. Mathematics is not mandatory for admission to marine biology programs in many institutions.
Admission is based on 12th marks (merit-based) or entrance exams conducted by universities. Some universities may require a biology background with a minimum percentage (usually 50-60%).
You can find biology mock tests on various educational websites, coaching institute portals, and government exam preparation platforms. Websites like NTA, NEET official sites, and learning apps such as Unacademy, Vedantu, and BYJU’S offer free and paid mock tests. Many online forums and Telegram groups also share PDFs of practice tests. Additionally, books from publishers like Arihant and MTG provide mock test series. Ensure you choose reliable sources for accurate and updated content.

Since you have PCMB in Class 12 and want to pursue B.Sc. Nursing through BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination), you only need to appear for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) papers. Mathematics is not required for B.Sc. Nursing. The BCECE exam pattern varies for different courses, and for nursing programs, only PCB subjects are considered. However, make sure to check the official BCECE 2025 notification for any updates on the exam pattern. Focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, as these subjects determine your ranking and admission eligibility in B.Sc. Nursing colleges under BCECE.
