Board exams
greetings,
Yes, if you reappear for the 12th boards the next year you'd have to appear as a private candidate unless you reenroll into the school and repeat the whole year from scratch, please get in touch with your school authorities for more details regarding the processes involved.
good luck
Hello Aspirant,
See if you want to take admission in any of the IITs for B.Tech course then you have to appear in JEE-Advance and secure good enough rank to get your preferred IIT and apart from this it is also mandatory that your minimum total aggregate of marks in class 12th should be 75% for General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category. Suppose if you are unable to secure the above mentioned percentage then you are not eligible for admission to any of the NITs/IITs/IIITs and so on even after securing good rank in JEE-Main or JEE-Advance 2021.Also note that the 75% criteria is only to determine your eligibility and your admission will not be done on the basis of class 12th percentage so even if you get 90% or 99% in class 12th boards but unable to qualify JEE-Advance then you are not eligible for admission to IITs

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hi Aspirant,
Generally cutoff depends and varies from year to year. However There is no as such minimum or cutoff for SASTRA University.75% weightage is given to board exams and 25% to JEE Main Percentile.Based on the marks candidates are shortlisted. So there are quite good chances that you get a seat in this college and also in good top branches like CS,EE,Aerospace,Biotechnology etc.
Hope it helps!!
Dear student,
It is not in our hands to postpone the examination. The authorities would decide so, however there are slight chances that the board exams would be postponed due to the prevailing covid 19 situation in the country. I would suggest the students to study hard as the examination dates are uncertain.
Hi.
We understand the problem students are facing in this academic year but there is nothing that we the team of Career360 can do much about it. We can help you through the preparation by telling learning methods, important topics and books which are preferred but the decision lies with Education Ministry.
Currently the Education Ministry is seeking suggestion from students, parents and teachers so that the Test Assessment can be done in an appropriate manner, considering the COVID-19 guidelines. There are chances that school will get more than two months of time for preparation of board exams and other practicals. Meanwhile, do not be in hope that Board Exams will be cancelled. Continue your study and reach out to your teachers with whatever issue you face.
Good Luck

Hello
Due to entrace exam like cet, neet we give less concentration towards board exams. So to prepare for the board exams, start studying chapter wise and practice the question and answer by writing it. Due to mcq test we have less habit of writing the question and answer on paper. So see previous year exam paper and try to solve it within time.
Hope this helps
Regards
