CBSE Board
Hello Divyanshu,
To be eligible for NEET, the student must have passed his/her 12th Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English compulsorily. The aggregate marks of 60% in all the above mentioned subjects i.e. PCBE is must required to get eligible for NEET.
As you have given your 12th Board with PCM, you have to give NIOS 12th re-examination to include Biology subject in your 12th marksheet if you want to appear for NEET 2023.
Giving NIOS 12th re-examination makes you then eligible for NEET. So, start preparing for Biology 12th Board Examination. Look at the previous years' 12th Board Biology question paper. In sideways, also keep preparing for NEET also, as NEET is your ultimate aim . Make a perfect schedule for both of these studies, then only you'll be able to handle both.
Here are details of NIOS Examination :-

Dear Lakshya, it is a great commitment in itself to decide for taking a drop, and it means you are already a fighter! You are correct with the fact about the waiving off of the 75 percent minimum criteria for this year, however this might not be a case in the upcoming session of 2023, and the chances are quite low. You may either try reappearing for improvement of your score in boards if you are sure to take it up or try scoring better in the session 2 of Mains which is less likely to happen.
Till then you can keep checking the cbse official site for any notifications regarding the exam http://www.cbse.nic.in (http://www.cbse.nic.in/) , hope it helps.

You can definitely change your 12th board. For both state and CBSE, NCRT text book is followed. The only difference will be the pattern of examination conducted. All the portions are same.
State board exam for 12th will be conducted by the state government was for CBSE it is conducted by cbse board.
The textbook followed is NCERT. Also for Neet examination the questions are from NCERT textbook. Hence it doesn't matter. Eligibility criteria for Neet examination is candidates must have passed their 12th from recognised board with subjects like Chemistry Physics and Biology. It doesn't focus on which board you studied. Hands you are completely eligible to give neat exam if you changed your board.
Thanks
Hello Aspirant,
As your board score is 93.8 percent and your KCET score is 154 then it is expected that your KCET rank will be around 191-200. This is calculated by taking 50% of board marks and 50% of KCET marks. You have secured a very good score.
