I am a student of Cbse board i have taken 6 subject which includes: English, History, Geography, Economics, Ip and Physical education if I get less marks in my Ip examination will the marks of physical education can Replace it

Ishani Bhattacharya 10th Dec, 2021

Hello,

Hope you are doing fine!

In class 12th, results are considered on the basis of best of 4, which means 4 subjects with highest marks are calculated for the result. So if you get good marks in physical education, you can easily consider that. You don't need to calculate IP, but you have to score passing marks in all the subjects.

I am a student about complete my 11th class in cbse board can i change my board after 11th from cbse to State board ?

Garima Sihag 20th Feb, 2024

Yes, you can change your board after 11th grade. Many educational institutions and boards allow students to switch to a different board after completing their 11th grade. However, it's important to check the specific rules and regulations of the boards you are considering and consult with your school or educational counsellor for guidance on the process and requirements for changing boards.

sir Im in class 11 in Mp board and after 11 due to some issues i want to go in cbse board.so, admission is possible in this case?

Rituparna Priyadarshini 28th Nov, 2021

Hello.

Sorry, but it is not possible to change your board from MP to CBSE in class 11th. As your registration process is done in class 11th only, hence it is difficult to change boards in class 11 itself. And if you do so then you cannot continue as a regular student. It is also not advisable to change board in 11th class as a change in board would also mean change in course which could be too burdening for you as you have to acquaint yourself with course once again.

i I got 79% from CBSE board in 12th and I belongs to sc category .Can I get admission in the best colleges of DU?

piyush singh 4th Jan, 2022

Dear Aspirant

Congratulations on scoring a decent percentage in your Class 12th. Since you have not mentioned your stream it will be quite difficult to tell you the accurate stats.

But, at 79% you can get admission in top colleges of DU but with an average course, if you want a good college but you are ok with an average course(like BA programs ) you could go for Shri Ram College, but if you are willing to go for a good course rather than focusing on the college you will get a seat in most of the decent colleges of DU in the last phase of counseling.

Hope this helps

IVE GOT RANK 735399,IN NEET21 & MARKS 147, 52.2 PERCENTILE, WHICH IS ELIGIBLE UNDER TELANGANA STATE RANKS CRITERIA., I STUDIED 10TH TO 12TH IN KERALA & PASSED FROM KERALA CBSE BOARD. STUDIED UPTO 8TH IN HYDERABAD...I WROTE NEET EXAM IN HYDERABAD....BUT MY NAME IS NOT APPEARING IN THE MERIT LIST??

Vaishnavi Priya Jha 1st Dec, 2021

Hello Pallavi !

I would like to inform you that in order to claim the domicile of Telangana for NEET UG counseling, you would have to fulfill the following criteria:

1. Stayed in one locality of the state for four consecutive years without migrating to other towns or cities of Telangana including the year you passed 12th board examination.

2. Stayed in 2 or more localities of the state for 7 consecutive years including the year you passed 12th board examination.

Since you passed your 12th board examination from Kerala, you probably don't qualify for Telangana state quota and thus can either try for AIQ or Kerala state counseling.

Hope that helped. Wishing you luck !

i have taken basic maths and i am studying in class 10th in cbse board but i want to change it in standard to take PCM in 11th can i change by giving standard math exam of maths by sharing test conducted by cbse change the maths. plz help me....!

Subhalaxmi Biswal 5th Jan, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

If you had basic Maths in 10th standard, then you have to give the standard Maths exam to qualify for Maths in 11th standard. After qualifying for this exam you will be allowed to take physics, maths, and chemistry subject combination.

You need to have at least 50% marks in total in  10th standard basic maths exam to be eligible for the standard maths exam.

I hope it helps.

Thank you.

NEVIL S 12th Nov, 2021

The student should complete 14 years of age in the December month of that academic year.

For example, when your son is giving exam in March 2026, he should be 14 years by the December month of 2025.
