I am in my class 10 ICSE school in Pune.I wish to go on medical science related field in future as I am inclined for it.Please tell should i take transfer in SSC board or CBSE school in pune for grade 11 and which schools have flexible attendance structure here? what percentage for admission

Monalisa Das 15th Jul, 2021
Hello!

The Maharastra board conducts 10th class exam through SSC and HSC for class 12th examinations.
It is the most popular education board in terms of enrollment in high school in India only after the CBSE.

As you have an inclination towards NEET,so it will be better if you switch to CBSE as it strictly follows NCERT books. You will be in good touch with the courses and books. The questions asked in NEET are mostly from NCERT books only.

Hope it helps.

I am from tamilnadu and I have completed 11th and 12th from a CBSE school in chennai,Tamilnadu will I be coming under state quota in amrita coimbatore Or not (because one of my friend said that as u are from cbse u would not come under state quota)

anirudha vats 22nd Jun, 2021

Hey,

In order to be eligible for state quota seats in Tamil Nadu,

-a candidate needs to be a native of Tamil Nadu

Or

- should have studied in Tamil Nadu from class 6th to 12th.

There is no restriction to any board students.

So if you satisfy the above eligibility you are good to be considered in the state quota category.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

I have scored 126/180 in AEEE and i am from tamil nadu and i studied in cbse, school. Can I get CSE in amrita coimbatore campus. pls help me out

apoorvakomuravelly 21st Jun, 2021
Hi,
You have a great score but the rank you may get may not be able to get the CSE branch in Coimbatore. Usually, you need 150 marks to get to the CSE branch. Try to opt for the other branches which have a fine chance to get it. If you are only up to CSE you may lose the seat even in other branches to make a choice.

All the best.

I pass class 10th in cbse school know I am going in class 11th what can i do

Vibhanshu 17th Apr, 2021

Hello,

My advice to you would be to go into the field that excites you the most, that interests you the most. Lets say, you are into history or literature or mass communication, take the Arts field in respective courses, if you are into maths and logical thinking, go for engineering, if you are interested in accounting, economics, go for CA and so. Take your time, talk to people, seniors, friends from the fields that interest you to know about the job perspective, future, career, and then decide what's best for you.

Im an average 10th student studying in a CBSE school. I want to write the NEET Exam but the options for me after 10th is confusing. Shall I join an integrated course for NEET, or go to a CBSE 11 and 12 college. Which will be more advantageous keeping my NEET and future in mind.?

Shruti Smaranika 30th Jan, 2021

Hello aspirant,

Since you are in 10th class in CBSE school and want to write NEET exam, better it is suggested for you to go for integrated course for NEET. This will be best as you can study class 11th and 12th plus prepare for NEET as well. The course duration if of two years. Admission will be based on the direct admission on the basis of marks or grades OR admission cum Scholarship Test. Students in this course will be thoroughly prepared for School/Board Exam, NEET as well as other Medical Entrance Exams.

Hope, this answer helps you.

My son Studied grade 10 at Cambridge university in the Maldives. Post his secondary he did his higher secondary schooling in a cbse school in India. Want to appear for neet 2021. During NEET registration Which category we should opt. Resident or NRI?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 7th Dec, 2020

You haven't mentioned which Country's passport does your son hold. We also need the information as to which Country's citizenship does he hold. This is important for us to assess your son's Nationality and help you with relevant information. For example, if he was born in India, holds Indian Passport and studied in Maldives for few years, he is still considered as an Indian Citizen. But if you are a NRI, your son wasn't born in India but you are an Indian National, then he will be considered a NRI. If you were not born in India and do not have a Indian Citizenship he will be considered to be a Foreign National. So please do help us with this information so as to help you with relevant information. Meanwhile, . If your son wants to reappear for NEET 2021, he can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ .
