I m studying in Haryana cbse school and my obc certificate is of Uttar pradesh so will it work for JEE main registration?

Hi.
No, JEE Mains will not accept Category Certificates from State. Such certificates are only used in State counselling. For JEE Mains, you need a central category certificate.
