The rank at which you can get addmission cannot predicted because admission criteria may vary . Still you will need a good rank  in IPUCET to get a seat in BPT.Hope for good and wait for all the rounds if you have good rank.You can never be sure

see as per ugc guide line one candidate can not pursue two regular course at the same time. you did not mention what is your ITI course duration. iti courses is 6 month to 2 years duration. where bachelor in computer science course is 3 years duration and full

Till now, there's no new information release for rescheduling of CTET July 2020 session. The exam is still scheduled to be held on July 5.
