If you have done B.Ed or D.el ed or in the final year of any one of these exams then you are eligible for CTET as B.Ed or D.el ed for 2 years is mandatory for CTET.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The following persons are eligible for appearing in the CTET.
1.1 Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
1.2 Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Yes Khushboo, you can change the medium of the language. CBSE provides correction facility in the CTET application form, in that period you can make all the necessary changes. The correction window will be available from March 25 to April 1.

Hello Deepa, don't worry you can make changes to your application, even after the final submission. According to the official website of Central Teaching Eligibility Test ( CTET), the candidate cannot make any changes to his/ her particulars after they have submitted the application and paid the fees. The changes to the particulars can be done only from 14 March 2019 (Thursday) to 20 March 2019 ( Wednesday), this is the time period for which the correction window opens. Corrections has to be done through an online medium. It clearly mentions that no further requests for editing the application will be entertained afterwards. The candidates can make online corrections only in the following details: 1. Name 2. Father's name and Mother's name 3. Date of birth 4. Category 5. Differently abled category 6. Paper opted (i.e. Paper 1 or Paper 2) 7. Subject for Paper 2 (i.e. the paper for qualifying in class VI - VIII category) 8. First choice of Centre 9. Language 1 or 2 opted 10. Address of correspondence 11. The name of Institution/ University/ college from where the candidate obtained their B.Ed Degree/ Diploma in Elementary education etc. This facility will be provided by the authorities only once so should be used wisely. The board has also mentioned very clearly and strictly that it will not be responsible for the consequences in case any changes/addition/ omissions are not accepted. Even if you had any particular reasons to change it. Also any corrections to the particulars will not be accepted through an offline mode like fax/ application or even an email etc. And if the specified date for correction of these particular is over, no further requests will be entertained. Please note that your admit card will be provided to you by the last week of June 2019. Also, your exam is on July 7, 2019.

Dear Anupama, please check if there is an option called 'Other' that you can choose from. If yes, please select 'Other'. This option is for those candidates to select from the list when their Board/Institution in which they studied is not in the mentioned list.

Yes, as per the notification released by the exam conducting body there will be an exam centre in Meerut for CTET 2019. The address of the venue will be mentioned on the admit card.

Yes you can apply for CTET 2019 having only Aadhar Card as an identity proof.
Aadhar Card is acceptable as an identity proof by many examinations all over India.

You can apply for CTET if you have Graduated with at least 50% marks and are still pursuing or have completed your 1-year B.Ed degree for both, the Primary as well as the Elimentary Teaching level. Since, for the entrance exam they are only looking at your basic qualification, that is, your nationality, year of B.Ed degree that you have already graduated in or are currently pursuing, you will not face any problems in appyling for the exam.
