Yes ofcourse Business acoounting as well as taxation both are useful for chartered accountants. Both Business accounting and taxation are one of the main components one has to study to become a Chartered Accountant. They are easy till the math part prevails. You just need a bit of logic and memorizing the tools and key points used in them for a better understanding as well as to become a good Chartered Accountant.

hello Anamika,
If you are a disciplined and focused kind of student, I suggest you to pursue CA and bcom simultaneously. CA foundation and 1st semester bcom are almost the same but the only thing is CA is a bit difficult compared to bcom as far as CA Foundation is concerned. BAF will absolutely right choice if we want to pursue CA with b.com
BCom with CA is divided into six semesters. Various topics such as financial accounting, economics, company law, corporate tax, auditing, business management, etc., and many more are present in BCom Syllabus to increase the skill threshold of the student.
The placements of B.com with the CA program is quite good . Companies like Axxela, Bain capability network, De Shaw & co, Boston consulting group, Kristal AI, Tresvista, Verity, Arcesium visited for campus placements in the year 2019-20. 77.35% of overall placement was recorded by the university in 2019.
