To get admission in diploma you need to write a entrance examination conducted by the state government. There is not mandatory to score more marks in 10th. as one should qualify the entrance test.

Bsc nautical science is a 3 year undergraduate program that includes the study of marine vehicles and the way to operate them. You can even join Merchant Navy after the completion of this course.
Your score in 12th standard is low but most universities allow admission in bsc

It is okay if you have got less marks in class 10th compartment exam rather than what you have recieved in your class 10th first marksheet.
See, compartment exams are for those students who have failed in one subject so they are subjected to give a compartment examination.

The NTSE exam is conducted by NCERT. NTSC exam which had to be conducted on January 15-16 it self but postponed. By now no date has been declared for conducting the exam by NCERT.
