Hi
There is no such hard and fast rule to take coaching for passing any exam so should self-analyze your work and preparation and then decide whether you are able to cope up with the syllabus and the subjects on your own and self-study and decide on your own.
Thanks

It's quite difficult to score 600+ in just 5 months, if you start from scratch as its syllabus is wide , you have to cover the complete syllabus of physics chemistry and Biology for class 11th and 12th but yes if you study with honesty and dedication and remain consistent towards your preparation then yes you can definitely achieve your target and that too without any coaching
To prepare well for neet follow the below mentioned tips :-

To help you plan your studies ,you can get the chapter wise weightage of all the chapters at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-chapter-wise-weightage-and-important-topics
----------------------) Practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.
----------------------) Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.
----------------------) Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.
----------------------) Set goals :- set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to cover these chapters this week and solve their mcqs too by the end of this week and meet them without any fail.
----------------------) Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least 10 -12 hours to study each day in your routine.
. PHYSICS is the toughest part for most of the medical aspirants as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with ,so keep at least 4 hours each day for physics
. In Chemistry you have to deal with reactions and learn them and solve questions as well, so give at least 3 hours to Chemistry
. In biology you have to read, learn and revise again and again, so keep around 3 hours for Biology.
----------------------) Revise:- revise your concepts, formulas etc at regular intervals . Revision is very important otherwise as you won't be able to recall or remember whatever you have learnt and forget them and you won't be able to perform well in your examination.
----------------------) Solve previous year NEET question :- Solving previous year questions will let you know the examination pattern, type of questions asked in the exam and difficulty level of questions, also concepts of the questions often gets repeated so it will be of great help to you . You can get previous year neet papers at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-question-paper

Hello Student.
Congratulations on your admission. The topics you have been discussing are quiet trendy and have a great scope in the near future . Depending on the college for the entire course is not advisible for any type of syllabus since the technology is new many important aspects can be left untouched since the deepness of the same cannot be understood within a year or so. So you must keep a track of college syllabus and ensure learning the same through multiple sources . Classes as such are not advisible for this courses since most of the material is predominantly available online. Many learning sources like Udemy , Coursera,Great learning have teachers from all over the world offering n number of courses with deep concepts and great explanation in addition there are certificates awarded to learn kind of motivation for the learner. The content being available online can be accessed anytime anywhere at you ease .
Dear applicant the first set of suggestion would be not to panick, it's your time and you will prove yourself, have faith and keep on working hard. I know it's very difficult to balance both HSC and NEET but you can focus on few important portions of Physics like Electricity, Magnetism, capacitors and vectors. Solve sums specially from previous years papers, when it comes to Chemistry give priority to organic chemistry and s,p,d,f block elements. Solve as many MCQs as you can and simultaneously read the portions for boards.
Hope it helps!!
Good luck!!
