coaching
Hello Yashika,
Since one 2 months are left for CAT, usually devoting 7-8 hours daily will work if you are aiming for 100 percentile. It is because mainly the contents are aptitude, reasoning and verbal ability. I would suggest you to divide the time and give time to focus on your weakness. If you have more bandwidth, utilize them and give more Mock tests. Because CAT is fairly not a difficult exam But the difficulty lies in the time management. The best books would be:
Logical Reasoning Books:
Verbal Ability Books:
Aim to learn 10 new words, their implementations, antonyms and synonyms everyday.
Quantitative Aptitude Books:
Refer NCERT for all the Basic concepts.
Apart from these books, ensure to practise 2-3 mock tests DAILY.
I wish you All the very Best for CAT 2022. In case of any concerns, feel free to question again.

In world wide there are various institute for UPSC preparation. But you have to mention that in which state you want to find your coaching institute. To know in detail please mention the details in comment box.
As a general advise I want to suggest UNACADEMY coachings. See nowadays we are gone through the pandemic situation that is why you can't afford the offline coaching s most probably . In this situation you can easily opted for UNACADEMY classes.

Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
Firstly, I would like to inform you that both these coaching centres are the top coaching institutes in the country for CAT preparations. Thousands of students have aced in their examinations through these coaching centres.
But one needs to understand that an individual needs to do a lot of self study and practise, coaching institutes just offer you guidance, study material and doubt clearing sessions, etc.
TIME has definitely been proved to be the best coaching institute in our country, it has the highest rate of positivity in getting the highest scores in CAT. These institutes are spread widely with their coaching branches across the country.
IMS is definitely a wonderful choice as well, it’s positivity rate of producing highest CAT marks from its students are almost very nearer to TIME but aren’t above them. They have a very close competition but TIME has proved to produce high number of positive results than IMS by a thin gap.
One good quality where IMS have an edge is that they provide good flexible coaching for their students and overall has a slightly higher rating than TIME.
Rest, as I’ve mentioned both the institutes offer the best coaching & one needs to individually work hard and take advantage of their study materials, tips, etc.
I hope the above information helps.
All the very best for your future Endeavours.
I'm sorry youre mis informed. You are in Class 12 Batch for the Session 2021-22. You'll be appearing for the COMEDK Exam in 2022 not in 2021, when you've still not appeared for your 12th Exam. Study well in coaching and parallely prepare for JEE, COMEDK and Other Top Entrance Exams. All the Best.

Firstly download the syllabus and go through it thoroughly and by going through it i mean to say that you will have to remember it by heart because remembering syllabus is the most important thing.
Then start with reading newspaper. Don't take pressure to complete reading newspaper in any fixed time, just start with ease and get comfortable.
Buy all the NCERTs of class 6-12 and make a schedule and start reading them. Complete all the NCERTs in 3 months and then jump to standard books mentioned below.
Polity- Laxmikant
Environment - Shankar ias
Modern History - Spectrum
Art and Culture - Nitin Singhania
Ancient and medieval history - Class 11th Tamil Nadu textbook
Georgraphy- GC Leong and class 11,12th ncert.
Once you will complete these books in 4 month with multiple revisions. Then choose your optional subject and start reading it and side by side start preparing for Mains topics for GS 1-4. After that 2 months before prelims, start giving tests and do revision of the tests.
I hope this helps.
