HI there,

The college will accept your marks sheet or not depends on college policy but in most circumstances you will be allowed to furnish the marks sheet later provided you sign an undertaking to furnish the marks sheet later, but again you need to confirm this with the university you wish to take admission in

which are the book for postgraduate law clat admission.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 30th Oct, 2019
Dear Radha, CLAT LLM syllabus has various sections such as Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, International Law, Jurisprudence, Intellectual Property law, Law of Contracts and Criminal Law. Constitutional law refers to the rights states and implemented in the Federal and State Constitutions. Law of Torts in common law jurisdictions is a civil wrong that causes a claimant to suffer loss or harm resulting in legal liability for the person who is accused of committing the act.

  • Now Constitutional lae carries 50 marks and so books by VN Shukla, Brij Kishore Sharma and JN Pandey are must reads.

  • For Jurisprudence, books by VD Mahajan and Mani Tripathi are the best in the market. This is a tough subject, carries 50 marks and so try checking guides available on this subject in the local book stores as well.

  • For the rest of the subjects, folloW Singhal's solved CLAT papers and gather as much information as possible from Internet for your preparation.

Also, please refer our page for the best books in each subject at: https://law.careers360.com/articles/best-books-for-clat/amp
