As per data released by the consortium , 53,226 students appeared for UG CLAT and 6,217 students appeared for CLAT PG 2020 , thus according to these data it is better to give CLAT PG as the competition level is much less compared to CLAT UG

Yes , you can use your residential certificate for filling application form.

But you need your domicile certificate to claim the benefit of reservation, as required by the respective NLU at the time of admission.

And the last date to fill the online application form of CLAT 2020 is 31st March 2020.

A ST category candidate need to score at least 50% marks in the graduation. But as you have obtained 49% marks, you are not eligible to write CLAT PG Exam. Any candidate who doesn't meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will not be given admission.
